CATERING

We are not your average catering company or food truck. Unlike most catering companies we don't require your venue to have a commercial kitchen space in order to cook delicious and hot food for your event. We make all of our dishes from scratch on our commercial food truck which allows us to cook your meal fresh from our truck as if you were in our restaurant. Every dish is made with love and from scratch on the truck by our team of award-winning chefs and servers. Our team will work with you to customize your menu and ensure all details are managed for a seamless experience. We can coordinate rentals, bartending service, set-up, take-down, clean-up and coordinate with any event planners. Our truck has travelled all over Alberta & BC to provide our guests with amazing culinary experiences in the most beautiful and remote places! 

Due to our restaurant background and skilled team of chefs, we are able to customize menus for each of our clients. We can accommodate 1-6 course dinners and work with your party to accommodate allergies, budgets, and dietary restrictions. 

Our catering packages each include all food and beverage service, cutlery and place settings, setup/cleanup, MARKET hospitality, and customized menu for your party. Rentals can be added to your event at additional costs which we can provide quotes. MARKET has preferred pricing with our partnered rental companies which we will pass the savings on to you!
